The Loons’ fifteenth season of baseball begins on Friday, April 8 against the Detroit Tigers High-A affiliate West Michigan Whitecaps. The season includes a total of 132 games, 66 of which will be played on the Dow Diamond, 60 of which will be played in the pandemic-shortened 2021 season. Other highlights include:
With the schedule in hand, the Great Lakes Loons ticket office will begin rescheduling ticket packages on Wednesday, September 15 to return all package holders to pre-pandemic seating. Fans are encouraged to contact their ticket agent directly to lock in their seats for 2022. A new ticket package and group bookings including suite rentals and Northern Lights Pavilion will go on sale on October 4.

The Loons wrap up the 2021 regular season this week at the Dow Diamond with a six-game series against the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers that ends Sunday. After last night’s loss, the Loons sit one game out of the playoffs with the seed chasing Cedar Rapids.
